NOTHING WASTED. EVERYTHING VALUED.

A large-scale agro-industrial opportunity built around oil palm—connecting farms, modern processing, value-added products and resource recovery in one integrated system.

Building Ghana’s Palm Agro-Industrial Park

The Opportunity

A serious industrial opportunity built around agriculture.

SELDAVIA is being developed into an integrated palm processing and agro-industrial complex designed to connect agricultural supply with modern refining, bottling, power generation and downstream value creation.

The Vision

To establish the Adjenua Palm Agro-Industrial Park as West Africa's benchmark for integrated palm processing, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy and value-added manufacturing—creating lasting prosperity for farmers, investors, communities and future generations.

Sustainable
agriculture

Stylized green icon depicting a sun above two solar panels arranged side by side, symbolizing solar power generation.

Renewable
energy

Three interconnected green gears connected by green arrows forming a triangular loop representing component exchange or workflow process.

Value-added
manufacturing

We are creating West Africa's benchmark for integrated palm processing, sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, and value-added manufacturing

We are creating a lasting prosperity for farmers, investors, communities, and future generations.

A Full Integrated Ecosystem

SELDAVIA is  modern agro-industrial park designed to connect agricultural supply, efficient processing product manufacturing and reseource recovery in one lcation.

Turning by-products into commercial,

agricultural and energy opportunities

Two workers in green uniforms and yellow helmets handling freshly harvested oil palm fruit bunches near a truck loaded with the fruit, surrounded by palm trees under clear sky.

STAGE ONE:

Fresh Fruit Bunches

Freshly harvested palm fruit in the plantation and delivered into the processing chain.

Bright orange liquid flowing from a metal chute into a large stainless steel container inside an industrial facility with machinery and piping visible in the background.

STAGE TWO:

Crude Palm Oil

Rich orange-red palm oil pressed and clarified as the core oil stream from the processing plant

Brown compressed chunks of raw material being discharged from an industrial machine onto a pile, with large storage bags and metal processing equipment visible in the background.

STAGE FOUR:

Palm kernel cake

A valuable feed ingredient, textured kernel cake emerging from industrial processing equipment.

Organic material being processed and deposited by a machine in a composting facility with a worker in protective gear tending the compost piles, surrounded by green plants under a partly cloudy sky.

STAGE FIVE:

Organic fertilizer

Processing residues can return value to agriculture through soil and compost applications.

STAGE SIX:

Animal feed

By-products become useful inputs for livestock and agricultural value chains.
