ABOUT US

Building more value from what grows here.

Ghana has the agricultural resources to support a more connected, productive and competitive agro-industrial economy. The opportunity lies in how those resources are processed, transformed and put to use

At Seldavia, we are developing the Adjenua Palm Agro-Industrial Park in Ghana’s Eastern Region — an integrated industrial development designed to connect oil palm agriculture with modern processing, value-added manufacturing, renewable energy and resource recovery.

Our ambition is to build more than a processing facility. It is to establish a platform where agricultural resources create greater industrial value, new opportunities for partnership and lasting benefits for the wider economy.

THE VISION

We envision the Adjenua Palm Agro-Industrial Park as a leading centre for sustainable palm processing, value-added manufacturing, renewable energy and agricultural development — demonstrating what is possible when resources, technology and industry work together.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Nothing Wasted. Everything Valued.

We believe the value of oil palm extends far beyond the primary product.

Fresh fruit bunches can yield palm oil and kernels. Kernel processing can produce palm kernel oil and palm kernel cake. Suitable residual materials can support applications such as biomass energy, composting and other productive uses.

Our philosophy is to recognise these connections from the outset — designing an industrial ecosystem that makes better use of resources, creates multiple value streams and reduces avoidable waste wherever commercially and technically viable.

‍One resource. Multiple possibilities. Greater value.

OUR APPROACH

We believe the value of oil palm extends far beyond the primary product.

01 / INTEGRATED PROCESS

We are developing a connected processing environment that brings complementary operations together, from fresh fruit reception and primary processing to oil storage, kernel recovery, refining, bottling and packaging.

01 / VALUE BEYOND THE PRIMARY PRODUCT

Our approach considers the wider potential of oil palm, including kernel products, animal feed, organic fertiliser and biomass-based energy, subject to technical and commercial feasibility.

03 / RESPONSIBLE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Water treatment, effluent management, laboratory facilities and resource recovery form part of the planned industrial ecosystem, supporting operational quality and more responsible resource use.

04 / DESIGNED FOR FUTURE EXPANSION

The park is being planned with room for growth, creating a foundation for additional processing capacity, value-added activities and future industrial partnerships as development progresses.

A phased path to integrated palm agro-industry.

2026

Project Definition & Validation

Project Definition & Validation

  • Confirm land ownership, site boundaries and project governance.
  • Map plantations, outgrowers and potential fresh fruit bunch supply.
  • Assess seasonal feedstock availability, collection logistics and competing buyers.

2027

Feasibility & Project Development

Complete the technical and commercial work needed to establish an investment-ready project.

  • Complete feasibility studies and financial modelling.
  • Develop the masterplan, engineering concepts and capital cost estimates.
  • Progress environmental and social assessments, permits and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify prospective investors, lenders and technology partners.

2028

Financing & Construction Readiness

Move from project planning towards an executable investment and construction programme.

  • Secure investment commitments and achieve financial close.
  • Finalise detailed engineering, procurement strategy and construction contracts.
  • Complete required approvals and prepare the site for development

2029

Core Infrastructure & Processing

Construct the first major operating facilities and supporting infrastructure.

  • Develop primary processing, sterilisation, pressing and clarification facilities.
  • Install crude palm oil storage and kernel recovery systems.
  • Develop essential roads, utilities, water and effluent management infrastructure.

2030

Commissioning & Initial Operations

Bring the core processing facilities into operation, subject to successful testing and readiness.

  • Complete equipment testing and commissioning.
  • Establish feedstock supply and operational procedures.
  • Begin commercial production and progressively stabilise operations.

2031

Refining & Bottling

Extend the value chain into refined palm oil and packaged products.

  • Develop and commission refining facilities.I
  • Install bottling, packaging and finished-product storage systems.
  • Build distribution and commercial partnerships.

2032

Energy & Downstream Expansion

Progressively develop additional value streams as feedstock, capital and operating performance support expansion.

  • Develop biomass power and composting capabilities.
  • Expand downstream manufacturing and by-product utilisation.
  • Assess additional industrial tenants and future park expansion.
